A way to fix the russian, is going to "Portal 2" folder, then "Bin" and then go all the way down, there will be an app called "Language Selection", run it and then pick the language you want, boom! Your game is now on that language

I FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX THE RUSSIAN LAUNGAUGE!!! You need to go to where portal game is. Thna type in search: Russian. Than DELETED EVERY RUSSIAN FILE! duble check by going to portal2 folder and typing in russian and deleteting EVERYTHHING. Than launch and its in english. NICE! Your done
