okay i ran into another problem. i torrent downloaded it everything with smooth, however when i did the setup.exe it keeps saying im missing dll files. any help?

I need help. in downloaded it and it said i need steam running. so i have steam running and it still shows up that message, so I unistalled it and renistalled it and it did the same thing. Please help me if you can thanks!
