u mean the unarc.dll error...one way to fix that is to go to searchbar search view advance system settings..click on setting int performance tab...then click on advance tab ...click on change virtual memory .....for the drive u want to download u temporarily need to change initial size to 100 and maximum size to 30000 ...restart dowload the game and change back this setting

I can save it. It was windows defender problem. Just go to windows defender, find ransomware thing, in it go and see what apps were recently blocked. Gta apps will appear. Allow them. The game will start saving.

Is this one runs and Works with a "LUNCHER"? i've downloaded fitgirl repack, and ingame,the game can't recognize my nvidia gt520m graphics, i've done everything said in forums. i've tryed commandline with many diffrent commands, updated driver, tried geforce expirience, nvidia control panel and EVERYTHING but still when i play game, there are lags and in benchmark it says intel i can remember some years ago, i buyed EFLC Disc and it was running with highest graphics with my pc's nvidia! i think this is the problem! nvidia runs only the GTA IV Luncher with nvidia graphics! i tried to select other exe' in game's folder at nvidia controlpanel but it doesnt workes, if u guys have any guide,tell me plz, Is this one runs and Works with a "LUNCHER"? i mean u click on "gta iv luncher" and game opens?
your graphics card is very bad to this game try another graphics card.......if you have intel CPU try intergated graphics card (intel HD graphics or UHD graphics try it)
